KTR Criticizes Rahul Gandhi’s Silence on Land Acquisition

BRS working president KTR slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for remaining silent on Telangana’s ongoing land acquisition issues while claiming to fight for farmers and against corporate favoritism in other states.

KTR Highlights Congress’s Double Standards

KTR pointed out the Congress government’s decision to allow the Adani Group to open a cement factory in Ramannapet while failing to address the struggles of farmers in Kodangal. He accused the Congress party of hypocrisy, stating, “Your fight against Adani-Ambani is nothing but a show.”

KTR Questions Rahul Gandhi’s Credibility

In a post on X, KTR questioned the relationship between Telangana Congress leadership and businessman Gautam Adani. He remarked, “Is this a case of ‘I act like hitting, you act like crying’? Is there a secret pact behind this drama?”

“Congress has exploited Telangana for decades while pretending to support its people.” – KTR

By directly addressing Rahul Gandhi, KTR called out his lack of action to stop forcible land acquisition in Telangana. KTR emphasized that while the Congress leader talks about farmers’ rights across the country, he has failed to protect them in Telangana.
