Pricing and Availability of the Xiaomi 15 Series

When it comes to pricing, the Xiaomi 15 is available for EUR 999 (approximately Rs 91,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is priced at EUR 1,499 (around Rs 1,36,000) for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage option. In China, the Xiaomi 15 starts at CNY 4,499 (about Rs 54,000), while the Xiaomi 15 Ultra begins at CNY 6,499 (roughly Rs 78,000). Both models are set to officially launch in India on March 11, with local pricing to be revealed at that time.

The Xiaomi 15 is equipped with a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED display, offering a resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels. With a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 3,200 nits, this device is perfect for media consumption. Measuring just 8.08mm in thickness and weighing 191 grams, it’s designed for users who prefer compact devices. Under the hood, the Xiaomi 15 features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

In terms of photography, the Xiaomi 15 includes a triple-camera setup co-engineered with Leica. The primary camera features a 50-megapixel LYT900 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). It is accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 3.2x optical zoom. For selfies, the device sports a 32-megapixel front camera.

Powering the Xiaomi 15 is a robust 5,240mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, based on Android 15, delivering a seamless user experience. Additionally, the device boasts an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, along with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra takes performance to the next level with the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, built on a 3nm process. This model comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Running on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, it offers a refined user experience with new features and optimizations.

One of the most impressive aspects of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is its quad-camera system, which includes a primary 1-inch 50-megapixel Sony LYT900 sensor with OIS. Accompanying this are a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, a 200-megapixel periscope camera, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The front-facing camera also features a 32-megapixel sensor, allowing for stunning selfies and video calls.
