Telangana DSP Transfers: Key Changes Announced Across Districts

Hyderabad: In a significant reshuffle, multiple DSP officers across Telangana have been transferred by order of the Director General of Police (DGP) today (Thursday). The move is aimed at strengthening law enforcement across various districts and ensuring effective administration.

Key transfers include SR Damodar Reddy, previously on the waiting list, who has been appointed as DSP Amberpet, PTC. G. Mahesh Babu, currently DSP of Jagitial and DCRB, has been shifted to Karimnagar as DSP and PTC. Additionally, B. Ramanujam, who was serving as DSP and PTC in Karimnagar, has been appointed as SDPO Kagaznagar, while A. Karunakar, the former SDPO of Kagaznagar, is now assigned as SDPO Asifabad.

In another major change, P. Sadaiah, formerly SDPO Asifabad, has been asked to report to the chief office in Hyderabad. K. Krishna Kishore, who was DSP, DCRB, Vanaparthi, has been moved to Thorur (Mahabubabad) as SDPO, while V. Suresh, the current SDPO of Thorur, has been directed to report to the chief office in Hyderabad.

Further reshuffles include P. Ravinder Reddy, who held the position of Nirmal DSP and DCRB, now reassigned as Khammam ACP and CCRB. His position has been filled by D. Prasanna Kumar, who was Khammam ACP and CCRB and is now posted as SDPO Medak.

The DGP has instructed all transferred officers to report to their new assignments promptly.
