Saif Ali Khan Stabbed: Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was attacked and stabbed six times during a robbery attempt at his Bandra residence in Mumbai early Thursday morning. The attack occurred between 2 and 2:30 a.m. IST, when an intruder reportedly confronted Khan’s maid. The altercation escalated, resulting in severe injuries to Khan’s spine and left wrist.
The actor’s son Ibrahim and a caretaker rushed him to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent emergency treatment.
Emergency Surgery and Recovery
Doctors performed a 2.5-hour surgery to remove a knife lodged in Khan’s thoracic spinal cord. They repaired damage to his spine and stopped leaking spinal fluid. Hospital COO Dr. Niraj Uttamani confirmed that Khan is now stable but remains under observation.

“I heard calls for help near the gate and took a U-turn. A man covered in blood came out with others, and they asked me to take him to Lilavati Hospital,” the driver told HANS.
